It comprises a combination of said destination, comprising as component (a) at least one compound 3- (3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl) -phenol, or a salt thereof and (b) at least one NMDA antagonist, selected from (R, S)-ketamine or a salt thereof, (S)-ketamine or a salt thereof, and memantine or a salt thereof; pharmaceutical composition and dosage form containing the combination of both; a method of treating pain by administration of the combination.
EFFECT: technical result is superadditive or synergistic analgesic effect of the claimed combination.
