SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of pharmaceuticals and medicine. First invention is a synergistic combination for the treatment of pain, selected from the group consisting of inflammatory pain, neuropathic pain, acute pain, chronic pain, visceral pain and cancer pain, containing as components: (1R,2R)-3-(3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl)-phenol or its acid addition salt and pregabalin. Second invention is a pharmaceutical composition comprising said combination and adjuvants. Third invention is a dosage form intended for intravenous administration, containing the specified combination and adjuvants. Fourth invention is a method of treating pain in a mammal, which comprises administering intravenously by an effective amount of said combination to a mammal.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a synergistic effect in the treatment of pain.
