SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, in particular to a combination for the treatment of pain, a pharmaceutical composition, a dosage form and a method for treating pain. Combination includes (a) a compound of 3-(3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl)-phenol and (b) at least one NMDA antagonist, selected from the group consisting of (R, S)-ketamine and (S)-ketamine, the pharmaceutical composition and dosage form include the aforementioned combination. Method for treating pain, such as inflammatory pain or neuropathic pain consists in administering components (a) and (b) to a mammal simultaneously or sequentially, and administering component (a) before or after component (b), and administering components (a) or (b) to a mammal in the same or different ways.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention allows to obtain an agent for the treatment of pain, with increased analgesic effect.
