SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutics. A synergetic combination for pain treatment, which contains (1R,2R)-3-(3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl)-phenol and an antiepileptic preparation, is described. The antiepileptic preparation is selected from the group, which includes topiramate, lamotrigine, carbamazepine, lacosamide, levetiracetam and retigabine. The inventions relate to pharmaceutical compositions and drug forms, which include the claimed combination. The inventions also relate to the application of the clamed combination for obtaining the medication and a method of pain treatment.
