FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement of radiation. Device for measurement of neutron flux comprises a primary converter in form of a two-section three-electrode ionisation chamber, common-section electrode of which is connected to a unipolar power supply, and to heteropolar electrodes, to positive, included in neutron section, and to negative, included in compensation section, units for measuring current, which are connected to output signal processing unit, current measurement units consist of current-voltage converter based on linear amplifier with switching limits of measurement or on basis of logarithmic amplifier, output of which is connected to input of analogue-to-digital converter, microcontroller output is controlled through communication interface is connected to communication interface output signal processing unit, which has possibility of connection to computing device of higher level and includes a microcontroller, which enables to automatically adjust taking into account signal obtained from unit of current measurement at gamma-radiation, signal received from unit of current measurement at neutron component, and calculation of neutron flux while unipolar power supply includes a high-voltage converter connected to microcontroller, which enables to perform automatic control and correction of output voltage and connected through communication interface to a communication interface of output signal processing unit.
EFFECT: high reliability and accuracy of measurement results and broader functional capabilities of device.
