FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices and methods for tooth care. Disclosed composition for remineralisation of at least one tooth comprises: a) isolated theobromine, or a salt or double salt thereof; b) at least one source of calcium; c) at least one source of phosphate; and d) a pH 5.0-8.5. Invention discloses a method of treating caries in a mammal in need thereof and method of increasing hardness on impression at least one tooth, including administration of composition of said make-up to said mammal.
EFFECT: using group of inventions enables to form a protective coating and surface recrystallisation on surface of enamel, increases of microhardness of tooth, increases remineralisation of scratched tooth and increases deposition of calcium phosphate, which enables to prevent and treat caries.
