FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in farms for melting fat from milled fat-containing meat wastes in a continuous mode. Microwave apparatus with a slotted cylindrical resonator for melting fat from milled fat-containing meat wastes in a continuous mode contains in non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing 2 coaxially located non-ferromagnetic electric driven cylindrical slot resonator 4. On the upper base of the shielding housing along the perimeter with shift of 120° magnetrons 3 with waveguides and fans are arranged so that radiators are directed inside non-ferromagnetic electric-driven cylindrical slot resonator 4. In the centre of the base of the housing there is non-ferromagnetic loading container 1 with a non-ferromagnetic gate valve. Average perimeter of annular volume 10 between non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing 2 and electrically driven cylindrical slot resonator 4 is a multiple of half the wavelength, and the gap between their side surfaces is equal to at least half the wavelength. Under the lower inclined base 6 of non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing 2, where there is a hole at the joint with its side surface, there is non-ferromagnetic receiving container 9 with a ball valve. Side surface of non-ferromagnetic electric-driven cylindrical slot resonator 4 is presented as vertically arranged non-ferromagnetic rods with slots between them. One ends of the rods are attached to the lower non-ferromagnetic base along its perimeter, and the other ends are attached to the upper non-ferromagnetic rim. Gap between the upper non-ferromagnetic rim and the upper base of non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing 2 is not more than a quarter of the wavelength. Inside the electrically driven non-ferromagnetic cylindrical slot resonator 4 there is a ceramic electrically driven perforated funnel 5. It is attached to the lower base of non-ferromagnetic cylindrical slit resonator 4, under funnel 5 branch pipe 7 is rigidly attached to the lower inclined base of non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing 2. Non-ferromagnetic cylindrical slit resonator 4 and ceramic perforated funnel 5 are attached to fluoroplastic electric driven shaft 8.
EFFECT: recuperation of electromagnetic power in annular volume and provision of possibility of excitation of electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequency in non-ferromagnetic electric driven cylindrical slotted resonator without upper base.
