FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely prosthetic dentistry, and can be used in the restoration of complete loss of teeth with orthopedic structures. Cone-beam computed tomography is performed, the obtained three-dimensional images are converted into three-dimensional models of the jaws, the obtained images are compared in the virtual space of the three-dimensional graphics software. Three-dimensional modeling of the basis of the prosthesis, manufacturing of a prototype of the prosthesis by means of three-dimensional printing of virtual simulated objects, fitting, coordination and selection of the prototype of the prosthesis in the patient's oral cavity are carried out. At the same time, to take into account the anatomical and topographic variability of soft tissues, computed tomography is performed in the presence of a contrast agent based on barium sulfate, for which the patient's oral cavity is filled with a volume of the prepared suspension of the contrast agent, which is kept in the mouth without swallowing, and sent for shooting, after which during processing The obtained images of the digital model of the jaw determine the areas most suitable for the formation of elements of retention of the prosthesis and located in areas that exclude injury and ischemia of the soft tissues of the prosthetic bed, which are taken into account when obtaining an individual relief of the prosthetic jaw bed by performing border correction and subsequent production of a prosthesis prototype.
EFFECT: method, due to the accurate determination of individual anatomical and topographical features of the relief, allows to increase the retention of a complete removable denture and minimize microcirculation disorders of the soft tissues of the prosthetic bed, increase the efficiency of fixing the prosthesis during prosthetics in the complete absence of teeth in the upper and lower jaws.
