FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics. Disclosed is method for prediction of clinical involvement of gall bladder in females suffering chronic calculous cholecystitis, of Russian nationality, natives of Central Black Earth Zone in Russia. In case of detecting either combination of IL-1A genotypes -889TT and -889CT, or IL-6 genotype -174CC, formation of large diameter stone is predicted, and in case of detecting IL-4 genotype -584CC, thickness of gall bladder wall more than 4 mm is predicted.
EFFECT: invention provides effective prediction of clinical involvement of gall bladder in females suffering chronic calculous cholecystitis.
