FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics and aims at predicting risk of chronic calculous cholecystitis (CCC). In Russian females, natives of Central Black Earth Belt of Russia, blood is sampled, DNA recovered, and analysis of interleukin gene polymorphism is performed. In case of detection 511T IL-1B genetic variant, or combination of alleles and genotypes -889TT IL-1A, -511T IL-1B and -113T IL-9, or combination of alleles and genotypes -511T IL-1B and -113TT IL-9, or combination of alleles -511T IL-1B, -113T IL-9, -592C IL-10 and -251T IL-8, or combination of alleles -511T IL-1B, -703T IL-5 and -584C IL-4, high risk of developing CCC is predicted. In case of detection combination of alleles -889C IL-1A, -511C IL-1B and -703C IL-5, or combination of alleles -511C IL-1B and -703C IL-5, low risk of developing CCC is predicted.

EFFECT: invention provides obtaining new criteria for assessing risk of developing CCC in females.
