SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics, and represents a method for prediction of risk of chronic calculous cholecystitis (CCC) in males of Russian ethnicity, which are natives of Central black earth region of Russia, including blood sampling, differing by the fact that after DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood by carbolic-chloroform extraction of interleukin gene polymorphisms are analysed IL-1A -889T>C, IL-1B -511C>T, IL-4 -584C>T, IL-5 -703C>T and high risk of developing CCC is predicted in case of detection of genetic variants -511T IL-1B, -511TT IL-1B, or a combination of alleles -889T IL-1A, -511T IL-1B and -703C IL-5, or a combination of alleles -511T IL-1B and -703C IL-5, or a combination of alleles -889T IL-1A, -511T IL-1B and -584T IL-4, or a combination of alleles -889T IL-1A and -511T IL-1B, predicting low risk of given disease in males in case of detection of genetic variant -511CC IL-1B.

EFFECT: invention provides extended range of methods for prediction of risk of developing CCC in male patients.
