SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an intermediate compound of formula (I) for synthesis of caspofungin

in which R¹ represents C(=O)NH₂, CN or CH₂NR³R⁴; R² is a CN, CO₂R⁵, C(=O)NR⁶R⁷ or phenyl; R³ and R⁴ independently from each other are hydrogen atoms; R⁵ is a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched C_1-6 alkyl group, C_3-8 cycloalkyl group or phenyl; R⁶ and R⁷ independently from each other are hydrogen atoms, linear or branched C_1-6 alkyl groups, optionally substituted amino groups, C_3-8 cycloalkyl groups or phenyl; or R⁶ and R⁷ together with a nitrogen atom form a heterocycle, ring of which includes five atoms. Invention also relates to a method of producing an intermediate compound of formula (I) and a method of producing caspofungin.

EFFECT: obtaining a novel intermediate compound for synthesis of caspofungin, which simplifies method of producing caspofungin and increases its output.
