FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an intermediate compound of formula (I) for synthesis of caspofungin
in which R1 represents C(=O)NH2, CN or CH2NR3R4; R2 is a CN, CO2R5, C(=O)NR6R7 or phenyl; R3 and R4 independently from each other are hydrogen atoms; R5 is a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched C1-6 alkyl group, C3-8 cycloalkyl group or phenyl; R6 and R7 independently from each other are hydrogen atoms, linear or branched C1-6 alkyl groups, optionally substituted amino groups, C3-8 cycloalkyl groups or phenyl; or R6 and R7 together with a nitrogen atom form a heterocycle, ring of which includes five atoms. Invention also relates to a method of producing an intermediate compound of formula (I) and a method of producing caspofungin.
EFFECT: obtaining a novel intermediate compound for synthesis of caspofungin, which simplifies method of producing caspofungin and increases its output.
