FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics, particularly signal amplification. Bipolar-field operational amplifier on basis of "bent" cascode includes input differential stage, common source circuit of which is connected with first power supply bus, first and second inputs of input stage, first current output of input stage, connected to emitter of first output transistor, which through first auxiliary resistor is connected to second power supply bus, second current output of input stage, connected to emitter of second output transistor, which through second auxiliary resistor is connected to second power supply bus, dynamic load circuit, matched with first power supply bus, input of which is connected to collector of second output transistor, and output is connected to output of device and collector of first output transistor. First current output of input stage is connected to emitter of first output transistor through first additional two-terminal element and connected to base of second output transistor, and second current output of input stage is connected to emitter of second output transistor through second additional two-terminal element and is connected to base of first output transistor.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of static current consumed by operational amplifier with disconnected load.
