FIELD: ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: ophthalmic device comprises lens with optical and peripheral zone, convex front and rear arched surface, and texture pattern formed on one or both surfaces at depth and with intervals, providing higher wettability of surface, thereby improving comfort and without any disturbance of normal view through device. Texture pattern is formed at least within the optical zone and comprises single continuous groove enclosing central point along spiral formed in convex front curved surface, and having shape of cross section, having part with rounded peaks, located along outer surface of texture pattern, and pointed lower part located along inner part of texture pattern.
EFFECT: technical result is increase wettability and possibility of controlling distribution of lachrymal fluid on surface of lens.
