FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to medical equipment, and can be used for ablation of tissue in target location in abdominal aorta, inferior vena cava and/or left renal vein. Device comprises elongated tubular case with distal tip with multiple thorns on it. Every thorn has free distal end and ablation element located on free distal end of each thorn. Thorns have s-shaped form along lengthwise axis of tubular case, and then at distance from it form secondary bending. Every thorn consists of material with shape memory, which can be mainly straight being limited in supplying conductor, and which is returned to s-shaped form, when it is no longer limited inside conductor.
EFFECT: device provides minimization of number of ablation sections in aorta, reduced probability of spasm or stenosis of artery, provides stable position of catheter and creation of large and deep section of violation with its complete denervation.
