SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing small-diameter blood vessel prostheses by electrospinning is presented, which includes preparing a polymer composition by dissolving the original synthetic polymer in a solvent, mixing the polymer solution with a protein solution, and performing electrospinning by applying the resulting polymer composition from a spinneret electrode to a collector electrode with subsequent removal of the finished prosthesis vessel from the collector electrode. In this case, a combined collector electrode is used as an collector electrode, made in the form of a dismountable steel segmented cylindrical electrode, consisting of 2-4 conical segments, coated with a conductive elastomer tube or in the form of a steel cylindrical electrode, the diameter of which is smaller than the required diameter of a vessel prosthesis coated with a conductive elastomer tube, under which an electrolyte solution is injected until the required diameter of the vessel prosthesis being manufactured is achieved. Upon completion of the electrospinning process, segments are sequentially removed from the combined electrode of the first type, the conductive elastomer tube is stretched in different directions and removed from the vessel prosthesis. In this case, the electrolyte solution is drained from the combined electrode of the second type and the vessel prosthesis is removed along with the conductive elastomer tube, which is stretched in different directions and removed from the vessel prosthesis. A device for electrospinning is also described.
EFFECT: quality of the finished product is improved by eliminating damage to the prosthesis when removed from the collector electrode.
