FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and discloses a method for forming a nanostructured composite material of a bioresorbable membrane. The method consists in the fact that electrospray of a solution containing a mixture of synthetic and natural polymers, namely, polylactide and collagen in the following ratio, wt.%: polylactide 45-55, collagen 45-55 with obtaining a membrane consisting of nanofibers in form of nanoribbons is implemented.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to stretch the membrane by 100% without destroying it, which is important for closing damaged areas of cartilage tissue and can be used for the manufacture of a bioresorbable implant designed for the plastic of articular cartilage defects.
