FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to determine the rehabilitation potential in patients of various profile. In the course of medical examination the values of all existing disorders associated with a patient's health are measured and assessed quantitatively. Then the degree of manifestation of disorders is calculated and the main type of disorders is determined. Probability of elimination of disorders in its corresponding degree of manifestation is assessed. Readings of the patient's disorders of any profile are assessed quantitatively according to the International Classification of functioning disability and health (ICF) and data is recorded in pre-developed forms by participants of multidisciplinary crew, including various specialists depending on clinical entity; they examine the patient, identifying disorders of the body in accordance with ICD-10. Then the degree of disorders is determined for each indicator - domain, and three cluster are formed from domains preselected by multidisciplinary brigade: biological, personal and social. Using the maximum average total score a drive cluster of problem is isolated from them, this cluster will determine the rehabilitation program. Then the multidisciplinary brigade calculates the value of the rehabilitation coefficient on the basis of the standards of medical care in a particular case, which selects the required therapeutic effects, each of which is assessed in portions and in the amount of not more than one. Then the expected therapeutic effect in each cluster is defined as a product of coefficient of rehabilitation and the middle score of problems in the cluster. Final stage consists in calculating the level of the rehabilitation potential, determined by the difference between the average score and the value of the predicted result in each cluster. Derived value is used to estimate the probability of elimination of disorders.
EFFECT: method enables to determine the level of rehabilitation potential in patients of different profiles due to calculation of the rehabilitation potential according to "clusters" of problems (biological, social, personal) associated with health, and enables to form a program for forecasting and planning the rehabilitation.
