FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: first specific components are immobilized at the bottom of a well of a microtitre plate for each of the hormones to be detected, at least in the form of three discrete microregions; the hormones to be detected are extracted from a dry blood stain by adding into the well a mixture of a buffer and a conjugate with second biologically specific components to the Pt-coproporphyrin marked hormones to be detected; the microregions to detect thyroxine contain a heterologous conjugate of triiodothyronine with a protein carrier of bovine serum albumin, while the microregions to detect thyrotropin contains thyrotropin monoclonal antibodies; the presence of hormones is stated by detecting a hormone-related mark phosphorescence; for the purpose of conducting a biologically specific reaction, the hormones to be detected is extracted in the well of the microtitre plate from the dry blood stain into a reaction solution 25-50 mcl containing the biotin-marked hormone monoclonal antibodies and 8-anilinonaphthaleno-1-sulphonic acid.
EFFECT: higher analysis accuracy and sensitivity.
