SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biochemistry. Method and device for guiding cell migration. Device comprises a support surface for arranging cells, a substrate with textured surface, wherein the surface is in contact with cells arranged on the support surface. Support surface and textured surface are located at a distance of 10 µm from each other. Textured surface has base surface and anisotropic three-dimensional structure having a repeated pattern. Said pattern has a sequence of guide gaps, where each of the guide gaps is configured to receive one of cells and oriented in the direction of anisotropy. Anisotropic three-dimensional structure contains multiple pairs of guide surfaces, wherein each pair of guide surfaces comprises first and second guide surfaces between which one of the guide gaps is formed. Proposed method comprises feeding cells onto the support surface of the above device.
