FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for producing 1-cyclohexenyl cyclohexane from cyclohexene in periodic mode at high temperature, in medium of non-polar organic solvent, in presence of heterogeneous catalyst. Method is characterized by that catalyst used is a catalyst, containing B2O3 on carrier - γ-Al2O3, at following ratio (wt.%): B2O3 - 5 to 15 %, γ-Al2O3 - the rest, and process is performed at 56-75 °C and molar ratio cyclohexene to catalyst (in terms of B2O3) (3.4 to 8.9) : 1.
EFFECT: use of present method simplifies process by carrying out in glass flask at lower temperatures (56-75°C), but not in autoclave, higher conversion yield of cyclohexene - 44,5 % (at relatively low temperature 56°C during 6 hours, with 100 % selectivity), and to 76,1% (at temperature of 70°C during 5 hours, with 99,5% selectivity).
