FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymorphous forms 1 and 2 of 5-amino-1-(4-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-3,5-dichlorobenzyl)-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamide derivatives, bonded with orotic acid, where orotic acid is ion-coupled with ratio of base to acid ranging from 1:1 to 1:4. Invention also relates to a method of producing 5-amino-1-(4-(4-chlorbenzoyl)-3,5-dichlorobenzyl)-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamide derivatives and a method of producing 5-amino-1-(4-(4-chlorbenzoyl)-3,5-dichlorobenzyl)-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamide derivatives, associated with orotic acid.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining novel polymorphous forms of 5-amino-1-(4-(4-chlorbenzoyl)-3,5-dichlorobenzyl)-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamide derivatives, associated with orotic acid, which can be used as a medicinal agent in treating diseases which are based on aberrant signal transduction and proliferation paths, including PI3, COX2, BCR-ABL, HIV or VEGF1.
