SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing crystalline polymorph of 1-(2-methyl-4-(2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1-benzazepin-1-ylcarbonyl)benzylcarbamoyl)-1-proline-N,N-dimethylamide, comprising steps of: i) adding 1-(2-methyl-4-(2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1-benzazepin-1-ylcarbonyl)benzylcarbamoyl)-1-proline-N,N-dimethylamide to an organic solvent, where organic solvent is an aqueous organic solvent; ii) heating mixture to temperature of 40-60 °C until an emulsion is formed; iii) cooling emulsion to temperature of 20-35 °C until a clear solution is obtained; iv) stirring clear solution until a suspension is obtained; and v) isolating resulting crystalline form of 1-(2-methyl-4-(2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1-benzazepin-1-ylcarbonyl)benzylcarbamoyl)-1-proline-N,N-dimethylamide. Method is suitable for implementation on an industrial scale.

EFFECT: method provides good reproducibility and stable production of product which can be used for preparing a drug.
