SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machining and may be used for treatment by cutting tools with replaceable cutting plates attached to housing. Clamping hole of cutting plate comprises at least two top clamping parts and at least two bottom clamping parts, crossing the first and second horizontal plane, perpendicular to the central axis and spaced from each other. Clamping hole has a non-round section in the first and second horizontal planes. Upper and lower imaginary lines, tangential at least to two top and at least to two lower clamping parts respectively, form a zero or sharp first and second clamping angles with the central axis which differ. Only two top and two bottom clamping parts are in simultaneous clamping contact with equal number of appropriate clamping areas on the fastening plate element. Versions of cutting plate designs are suggested.
EFFECT: reliable and accurate installation of cutting plate on housing of cutting tool.
