FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for operational control of change of state of bearings of engine (diesel). Method consists in determination during operation on diesel engine of output shaft rotation frequency, amplitude and phase of vibration at two supports on first support, diesel engine output shaft bearing case and on second support, case of first bearing shaft line in axial and radial directions by means of vibration sensors. These sensors are installed on supports towards each other in axial direction and to one side in radial direction. On change in state of crankshaft bearings conclusion is made if amplitude of vibration on each support in axial direction is larger than that in radial direction, and vibration on first support is co-phased in relation to vibration on second support in radial and axial directions, respectively, or if amplitude of vibration on each support in radial direction is larger than that in axial direction, and vibration on first support is antiphase in relation to vibration on second support in radial direction.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency, reliability and accuracy of determining state change crankshaft bearings diesel engine at operation of vessel.
