SUBSTANCE: functional structure of longitudinal reciprocating movement of device of x-ray radiation in upper part of medical table of toroidal surgical robot system, including tool table with housings of surgical and diagnostic elements, as well as medical table, which consists of upper part of medical table with support bearings. X-ray detector array is introduced, which is fixed in middle position on lower fixed part of medical table, and above upper part of medical table with possibility of reciprocal longitudinal displacement relative to fixed part of medical table is arranged housing with possibility of reciprocal displacement with sliding devices, which has toroidal shape with coaxial sliding lid, in lower part of which coaxially with possibility of reciprocating turning is fixed cylindrical or polyhedral tool table with electromagnetic devices for holding housings of surgical and diagnostic elements, wherein coaxially to sliding lid and along circle with equal spacing are arranged support rods, upper ends of which are fixed to lower part of sliding lid, and lower ends of support rods are fixed on circular support plate, coaxial to which is fixed a second drive with reduction gear for turning of x-ray apparatus (device), wherein under circular support plate in series and coaxially fixed second circular pinion of horizontal reciprocating turning of instrumental table and plate for fixation of second drive with reduction gear, wherein lower part of cylindrical device of third drive with reduction gear is fixed inside lower part of instrumental table, and inside upper part of cylindrical device uniformly on a circle are mounted gear wheel support bearings for turning instrumental table, which are positionally located on upper part of circular support plate.
