SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing 2,6,8,11-tetraethyl-4-aryl-1,7-dithia-4-aza-2,6,8,11-tetraaluminacikloundecane of general formula (1): . Method involves a reaction of 3-aryl(n-methylphenyl, n-methoxyphenyl, n-chlorophenyl, n-bromo) -1,5,3-dithiazepanes with EtAlCl2 in the presence of magnesium powder with the participation of catalyst Cp2TiCl2 and Cp2ZrCl2 with the molar ratio of 3-aryl-1,5,3-dithiazepan : EtAlCl2 : Mg : Cp2TiCl2 : Cp2ZrCl2 = 1:(4.5-5.5):(4.5-5.5):(0.03-0.07):(0.03-0.07) in a mixture of solvents Et2O-tetrahydrofuran (1:1, volume), in an argon atmosphere at temperature of 35-45 °C during 6-10 hours.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce 2,6,8,11-tetraethyl-4-aryl-1,7-dithia-4-AZA-2,6,8,11-tetraaluminacikloundecane, which can be used in fine organic and organometallic synthesis.
