FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method provides use of dried beet pulp as raw material. Pulp is obtained by using active atmospheric air ventilation with formation of micro-granules of pectin substances. Pectin substances are separated by grinding of dried beet pulp in crushers, grits and dunsts are enriched in sizing and grid machines with separation of by-products: microfibres of cellulose and hemicellulose and pectin meal. Then separate grinding of obtained grits and dunsts is performed in roller mills. After that resulting pectin substances fraction is cleaned from the rest of particles of cellulose and hemicellulose in sizing and grid machines.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce several pectin substances of dried beet pulp, varying in purity, which can be used in food industry as jelly-forming substances, as well as in medicine and pharmacology.
