FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials for welding and can be applied to manual arc welding of high-alloyed refractory and heat-resistant steels with contents of chromium up to 26 % and nickel up to 20 %, especially in hard-to-reach places, where it is necessary strengthen seam during one-side welding. On electrode rod coating is applied containing following component ratio, mass fraction %: marble 45.0-50.0, fluor spar 7-10, ferromanganese or ferrosilicon 2-7, muscovite mica 2-5, aluminium powder 2-5, chromium metal 5-10, feldspar 10-13, titanium dioxide 3-7. Additionally introduced, mass fraction %: iron powder 5-10, carboxymethyl cellulose purified 1-3, sodium alginate 1-3.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase stability of welding and technological properties, and provides welding of root seam to form reverse roller during one-side welding, obtaining high mechanical properties and resistance to intercrystalline corrosion.
