SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to gear transmissions, lubricated by dipping. Gear wheel includes body, toothed rim with teeth and two end annular straps. Width of side surfaces of teeth on sections of their heads with double-pair engagement, shifted towards vertices of teeth by a value of axial clearance of transmission, equal to half width of side surfaces of legs. Pair of end ring pads is fixed on teeth ends and parts of ends of body adjacent to rim. Outer diameter of end annular straps is not less than diameter of circle of vertices of teeth.

EFFECT: result is higher quality of lubrication.
