FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in tooth gears lubricated by fictile lubricants. Gear wheel comprises a body, gear rim with teeth, in sections of which heads width of their side surfaces is made stepped varying and inversely proportional dependent of engagement pairing ratio. Width change boundary is shifted towards teeth tops on value equal to half of transmission axial clearance. On teeth ends and body ends sections adjacent to gear rim, pair of circular pads is fixed, which outer diameter is equal to diameter of circle circumscribed by side surfaces on tooth tips sections width change boundary. On each circular pad external ends, cylindrical ring is fixed perpendicular to it, having outer diameter equal to circular pads outer diameter.
EFFECT: optimized gear wheel design.
