FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of molecular biology, molecular genetics and cell biology, in particular to the application of a DNA-construction for inducing an expressed adaptive effect in mesenchimal stem cells. The said genetic construction includes CpG- and a GC-rich insert of a transcribed region of the human ribosomal repeat (region from -515 to 5321 (HSU13369, GeneBank)) and vector pBR322 in low concentrations (10-50 ng/ml).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the stability of MSC to the action of aggressive factors.
