FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biochemistry. Described is kit of reagents for DNA detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in sample, including at least two oligonucleotide primers for polymerase chain reaction and, if necessary, oligonucleotide probe, thermally stable DNA polymerase, buffer solution for PCR, deoxynucleoside triphosphates, characterised by that first oligonucleotide primer has nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, second oligonucleotide primer has nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 2. Also described is method of detecting DNA of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in sample by polymerase chain reaction, characterised by that detection is carried out using above set of reagents. Invention can be used in laboratory Diagnostics for DNA detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in biological samples by polymerase chain reaction.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides high sensitivity and specificity detection of all clinically significant strains Neisseria gonorrhoeae by means of single target polymerase chain reaction.
