Antibody specifically binding to CAPRIN-1 or its fragment having immunological reactivity in relation to the protein CAPRIN-1, wherein the antibody or its fragment contains a variable heavy chain area comprising complementarity determining SEQ ID NO: 5, 6 and 7, and variable light chain area comprising complementarity determining SEQ ID NO: 9, 10 and 11. This is a pharmaceutical composition containing the described antibody. Also DNA is represented coding the described antibody.
EFFECT: this is a method of treating and/or preventing a malignant growth involving administering the described antibody or its fragment.
