FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition for treatment or prevention of pancreatic cancer expressing CAPRIN-1, contains an antibody or a fragment thereof in an effective amount that have specific immunological reactivity to the CAPRIN-1 protein, or a conjugate of an antibody or fragment thereof with an antitumor means in an effective amount as an active ingredient, as well as a pharmaceutical combination containing it. A method for treatment or prevention of pancreatic cancer expressing CAPRIN-1, comprising administration of the aforementioned pharmaceutical composition or the aforementioned pharmaceutical combination is also disclosed.
EFFECT: invention allows to effectively implement treatment or prevention of pancreatic cancer expressing CAPRIN-1.
