FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical biotechnology and can be used for epidemiological and microbiological studies. Microbial strain Helicobacter pylori No. 782, designed for creating diagnostic test systems, is deposited in State collection of pathogenic microorganisms and cell cultures "GKPM-Obolensk" under number GKPM-Obolensk V-7215. Test strain has a system of pathogenicity factors determinants (UreC; UreI; CagA, VacA), has a mutation in gene 23 S rRNA-T2182C.
EFFECT: invention provides use of test strain for identification of H.pylori in samples of biopsy materials of gastric or duodenal ulcer, determination of its genotype and resistance to antibiotics.
