FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cellular radio communication systems. Communication system comprises communication nodes, which interact with help of frames, providing for time division multiple access and frequency. Units form hierarchical cellular radio communication network, setting hierarchical levels, each having base and at least one handset, wherein system is designed to enable communication nodes communicate via base of their hierarchical level. Main node comprises: means for selecting, in each of said frames, transmission resource, which is common for said communication nodes, and means for broadcasting in said communication nodes through hierarchical levels by corresponding bases, information representing selected share transmission. System is designed to provide said communication nodes with possibility of transmission in broadcast mode using selected common transmission resource.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of rate of reaction of communication system in conditions of noise, fast attenuation and fast fading signal.
