SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of mobile communication, radio access network device and mobile station. Mobile communication method comprises steps on which broadcasting by network radio access device is provided not only by existing parameters used for cell reselection based on the received reference signal quality measurement result (RSRQ) in six resource units, but also by broadband parameters used for cell reselection based on RSRQ measurement result in frequency band width exceeding six resource blocks; providing use of mobile station, having possibility to measure RSRQ in frequency band width exceeding six resource blocks, broadband parameters for cell reselection based on RSRQ measurement result in frequency band width exceeding six resource blocks; providing use of mobile station, not having possibility to measure RSRQ in frequency band width exceeding six resource blocks, existing parameters for cell reselection based on RSRQ measurement result in six resource blocks.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing adequate cell reselection in standby mode.
