FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for controlling spongy titanium from impurities by vacuum separation. System includes sensors and devices for measurement of readings of separation process, devices for measuring power supplied to heaters, microprocessor controller, a server with a monitor and current source. System is equipped with a device for communication with object, made in form of a slot basket accommodating input modules, output modules and communication modules. Input modules of device are connected with all sensors, transmitting readings from several separation devices combined into a group, and output modules of device are connected to main and backup microprocessor controllers. Controller outputs are connected to main and backup servers, and outputs of main and backup servers are connected to a monitor.
EFFECT: longer service life and cyclic efficiency of separation.
