FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a metal sheet with a diffusion blocking layer, used in the device for cleaning of exhaust gas (EG), a method of making the device for cleaning of exhaust gas, an EG cleaning device and a vehicle incorporating an internal combustion engine and an exhaust pipeline for outlet of exhaust gas and an EG cleaning device. Above mentioned method of producing a metal sheet with a diffusion blocking layer containing aluminium oxide on the metal sheet, which consists of an iron-based material containing at least chrome and aluminium, includes the following steps: provision of a metal sheet, application of at least one metal oxide selected from a group comprising cobalt and nickel oxide, or application of at least one compound of the materials, which, as a result of temperature increase, forms at least one metal oxide selected from a group comprising cobalt and nickel oxide, on at least one partial area of the surface of the metal sheet in the role of a surface layer, performed at a temperature above 650 °C thermal treatment of the metal sheet with a surface layer to form at least in one partial area in the surface layer of the diffusion blocking layer containing aluminium oxide, under recovery of the said metal oxide into cobalt or nickel and aluminium oxidation , diffusing from the material based on iron, into aluminium oxide.

EFFECT: there is ensured a possibility to produce a device for EG cleaning, components of which are connected by means of soldering without secondary compounds at contact points which ensures high fatigue strength of the device for EG cleaning.
