SUBSTANCE: group of inventions discloses a composition for preventing or treating influenza or pneumonia, which is caused by influenza, which contains a therapeutically effective amount of a peptide, which consists of 17 adjacent amino acids and contains hexamer TX1EX2X3E, where X1, X2 and X3 can represent any natural or non-natural amino acid, where peptide is cyclised and has no TNF receptor binding activity and inhibitor of virus neuraminidase, where cyclised peptide consists of a sequence of amino acids CGQRETPEGAEAKPWYC; a kit comprising said composition, as well as use thereof for preventing and/or treating influenza in pneumonia caused by influenza.

EFFECT: using inventions according to disclosed group allows to significantly increase therapeutic effect in treating infections caused by influenza viruses.
