Composition possessing manifested antiviral effect in relation to respiratory viruses contains cationic dendrimer LTP peptide with formula (Arg)8(Lys)4(Lys)2Lys-Ala-Cys-NH2 and siRNA molecules presented by sequences SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 3.

EFFECT: application of given composition of cationic LTP peptide and siRNA molecules (small interfering RNA) allows creating low toxic composition with manifested antiviral activity.
