SUBSTANCE: invention relates to generation of emission images. Method includes steps of: digitizing of emission data; calculating differential emission data; and location of object image corresponding to cyclically variable element in emission data based on differential emission data; calculation and location is performed by means of electronic device, wherein calculation includes step of: calculating difference projection data in space of projection data, containing difference between projection data in different phases of cyclic change, calculation includes steps of: pairwise calculated difference projection data in space of projection data, containing difference between the projection data in different pairs of cyclic change of phases; and combined pairwise difference projection data calculated for different pairs of cyclic change of phases in order to generate difference projection data.
EFFECT: technical result is increasing in accuracy of cardiac shape in emission image.
