FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to diagnostics. Data of functional myocardium visualisation are obtained. Region of interest (ROI), including mostly myocardium, is determined. Obtained data of functional visualisation are used to generate presentations of projection image from data of functional image. Threshold for presentation of projection image on the basis of histogram of selected representative cut is set. Localised region of heart in data with set threshold - with one from profile of distribution of horizontal rays and anatomical heuristics is determined. Length of localised heart region is determined in accordance with image-based and heuristics-based cleaning procedures. Diagnostic parameters of myocardium, based on determined ROI: myocardial blood flow, regional myocardial blood flow, blood flow reserve and ejection fraction are estimated. Method is realised by system of diagnostic visualisation.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase accuracy of determining parameters, obtained from determined region of interest, due to automatic determination of parameters.
