X1 is a branched or unbranched C1-10alkyl, (CH2)s-NH-(CH2)t or (CH2)s-O-(CH2)t, where each of s and t independently represents integer from 1 to 5; each of n1 and p1 independently represents integers from 1 to 10; and each of R20 -R33 independently represents hydrogen, halogen or C1-6haloalkyl, wherein at least one of R20 -R33 is halogen.
EFFECT: compound can be used for treating a disease, or condition mediated by TNFα activity by administering a pharmaceutical composition containing said compound which is suitable for treating inflammatory diseases that can be mediated by FBXO3; such a disease can be a respiratory disorder or disease, such as acute or chronic bronchitis.
