FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for attachment of cranial segment to cranial crown. Device can be arranged both in the cranial gap and cranial incision, thus it contains at least one cortical supporting jack; first closing means, functionally connected with the cortical jack; second closing means configured to be attached to the cortical jack for completion of its closing; and at least one handle connected to remove the cortical jack to actuate the above device so, to change over from its rest position in its working position of attachment. Said first closing means consist of at least two elastic levers, functionally connected with the specified cortical jack wherein each of said elastic arm ends, at least with one small transverse arm disposed on the same plane as its respective elastic lever to form a "T"-shaped structure with the elastic lever, wherein said first closing means are connected to the distal cortical end of the specified level, specified second closing means are adapted to attach to the specified cortical lever in place located near the distal end of said cortical lever so that when the above device is in its working position of attachment, above first closing means are arranged on the inner distal surface of the skull, and the above second closing means are arranged on outer proximal surface of the skull.

EFFECT: attachment of cranial segment to cranial crown.
