Carry out the complex of preventive and curative interventions, consisting of professional oral hygiene, removal of granulomatous tissue in the area of a dental implant, antimicrobial, antiinflammatory therapy. Raw surface of an implant is sterilized by ozone exposure. On the raw surface of an implant establish a conical hollow structure in the form of a sleeve with smooth external surface, with the carving put on an internal surface, further carry out installation of the dental prosthesis. To realize the method used the device made of bioinert material in the form of conical hollow bushing with smooth outer surface, executed on the upper edge by means for screwing-screwing bushing, with internal thread appropriate cervical of thread implant, ensuring the possibility of subsequent installation on it (sleeve) of a dental prosthesis.
