FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in experimental medicine. Dental implants are inserted into a hole prepared by a cutter in the jaw bone tissue in an edentulous space with subsequent osteointegration. Preparation is carried out in the gap between molars and incisors of the lower jaw of a rabbit with a cutter with diameter of 3.2 mm and length of 5 mm with cooling with application of physiological solution. Then a dental implant with diameter of 3.7 mm and length of 7 mm is inserted by a machine method with torque of 25 N/cm, a plug screw is inserted into the implant, and the wound is closed tightly. After 35 days, the incision is repeated, the plug-screw is removed, a ligature wire with diameter of 0.5 mm is inserted under it, twisted around the screw and cut off the twisted ligature leaving the end of twisted part 5 mm long. Then the plug-screw is installed in the implant, the wound is closed by bringing the twisted end outside the soft tissues, after wound closure, by 2–3 mm.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain a complete model with bone tissue resorption at the neck of the implant for research on the effectiveness of inflammation reduction and bone tissue and soft tissue regeneration in treating the given nosology.
