SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biochemistry. Disclosed is a recombinant polypeptide, having a mutation with replacement of cysteine with serine in C-terminal region and having cellulase activity and improved heat resistance. Also disclosed is a polynucleotide, coding polypeptide according to invention, an expression vector, a host cell, an enzyme preparation and a method of processing biomass.

EFFECT: polypeptide according to present invention can find further application as a component of preparations for splitting cellulose.
