FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and is a water-soluble product with a single dose for washing fabric containing a water-soluble film and a liquid detergent composition for washing, and the liquid detergent composition for washing contains a variant of the parent lipase, which has lipase activity, the sequence of which is at least 70% identical to the sequence with SEQ ID NO: 2, contains substitutions in positions corresponding to F51I,L, T231R and N233R, and optionally one or more substitutions in positions corresponding to G23S, D27N, A40I, E56R, D57N, V60E,K, K98I, N101D, R118F, G163S, Y220F, T244E and P256T; and an auxiliary component of the detergent; while the liquid detergent composition for washing is covered with a water-soluble film; the water-soluble film contains a polymer material selected from polyvinyl alcohols, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyalkylene oxides, acrylamide, acrylic acid, cellulose, cellulose ethers, cellulose esters, cellulose amides, polyvinyl acetates, polycarboxylic acids and salts, polyaminoacids or peptides, polyamides, polyacrylamide, copolymers of maleic/acrylic acids, polysaccharides, including starch and gelatin, natural gums such as xanthan gum and carrageenan and their mixtures.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively carry out a method for washing fabrics using a water-soluble product with a single dose according to the invention.
